Refund Policy

Whenever a student enrolls for any course, program, services, workshop or buys any product, he/she/they have to make full payment at the time of registration or enrollment or purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by us.

In case of courses or Programs or services that include trial days, a student or client will/may have to make full payment.

During or within the timeline set for the refund request, a student may, as per the applicable refund policy for that particular course, program or service, choose for the refund of the fees paid after the deduction of any applicable charges as may be decided by us from time to time.

But if the trial days are over and student/client does not place request for the refund, there will be no refund allowed for any reason whatsoever.

Student/user must ensure and check the relevance and suitability of the course, program, service before enrolment . Once a course or program is selected and payment is made, it will be non-transferable.

We have partnered with payment gateways (like Stripe, Razorpay, Instamojo, Paypal) for the payment towards various courses and services/programs and student/client may use any of those payment gateway to make payments. We do not store any of your credit/debit card information or any other information for processing payment restricted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). By using a payment gateway i.e. a third-party payment provider, student/client agree(s) to abide by the terms of that payment gateway.

Student/client agrees that if third-party payment provider stores any such information, we will not be responsible for such storage of information. It will be entirely at student/client's discretion to allow payment gateway (third party) to store any or all such information shared by student/client. Any loss of information or any loss due to the usage of such information will be entirely student/client's discretion. We will in no way be liable or responsible for any such losses to compensate in any manner whatsoever.

Student/client also agree to bear/pay all applicable service fees/charges of third party payment platform.

Timely or by the due date payment is responsibility of the student/client. Failure of timely payment may result in withdrawal of your access to the course/service/program.

Depending on the type of payment method, currency and the place of your payment, your transaction may be subject to foreign exchange fees or rates. We do not support every or all payment methods, currencies or locations for making payment by the student/client.

All applicable taxes are calculated based on the billing information provided by the student/client at the time of enrolment or purchase of course/service/program/product.

Student/client may cancel his/her/their enrolment at any time. Each Program will/may have specific refund policy which shall be applicable on cancellation request by the student/client.

We will honour/process the refund request within 7 days of the receipt of any such request subject to condition of the eligibility of the request as per the refund policy for that service/course/program.

If you have subscribed for a free course/service, the free period will have the validity as specified during the registration/sign-up. Free offers may or may not be clubbed with other offers.

If you start your subscription with a free offer, you will/may not be eligible for some/many features of that course/service/product/program during free trial period.
