We, at the moment, do not deal in any physical products. Our all products or services are digital. These are courses, workshops, online programs in digital/online format.
Once a student/client enrolls in any course/program through payment of the course/program fee, he/she is sent emails with log in details to start learning on online platform.
Books authored by us (Print or digital mode) are shipped by the Amazon/Kindly platform as per their shipping policy once client makes payment at Amazon for that book.
If, in future, we start selling physical products also at our platform as a learning aid for the students or as a service add on required for the better implementation/delivery of the services and client will ask for the same, we will frame/update our shipping policy keeping in view the physical goods delivery requirements and the same shall be available on this page as well as other places in the website where it will be needed.
All orders for course/service enrollments are processed immediately upon successful payment by the student/client. First student/client receives the welcome email and simultaneously or within 3 Hours of the payment confirmation, they receive the log in details.
